Soap Production Line

Our production line for making soap consists of the following stages and capacity will be as customer request

• Material Mixer: This Machine which will be made of stainless still is used to mix the soap noodles with colours, fragrances and other additives as wished. The mixing time may vary from 3 to 10 minutes depending on the capacity of the production line.

• Extruder: This machine is used to refine, compress and extrude the soap coming from the mixer. The extrusion cone ensures the output of a bar of soap well compacted. The heating system of the extrusion cone is the same as an industrial extruder and it is specially developed to produce a bar with a smooth surface. And it has cooling circuit, so the extruder can work continuously. And this machine will be used for making the soap bar also.

• Soap Press: This press machine is used to form the soap bar to the required shapes. And we provide both manual and automatic press.
